Privacy Policy
This policy explains how StackOpsOne handles information connected to inquiries, apps, websites, AI-assisted workflows, code, data, technical operations work, customer communications, invoices, and service records.
Information collected
StackOpsOne may collect information you provide when you contact the service, request a quote, approve work, send files or access details, pay an invoice, or request service. This can include your name, email address, business details, project description, app, website, store, AI workflow, data, or system URLs, files you choose to share, invoice details, and related communications.
How information is used
Information is used to review requests, scope work, communicate with you, provide digital task execution and technical services, prepare invoices, process payments through payment providers, maintain work records, improve service quality, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
Project files, documents, support examples, and workflow material may be used to perform requested work, including AI-assisted workflow setup or review when applicable.
Payment information
Payments may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. StackOpsOne does not store full card numbers. Payment providers may process billing information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Project files and access details
Only information needed for the approved work should be shared. Access details, files, screenshots, support examples, source documents, and system notes are used for the requested service and related delivery. Do not send passwords or sensitive credentials by plain email unless specifically instructed through a safer process.
Sharing information
Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers used for hosting, email, payments, analytics, accounting, security, or project delivery when needed to operate StackOpsOne. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights or security, or to complete a business transfer.
Retention
Project, billing, and service records are kept for as long as needed for service delivery, business records, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security review. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing StackOpsOne. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute reasons.
Security
StackOpsOne uses reasonable safeguards for service records and project information. No internet or email system is perfectly secure, so only share information that is necessary for the work.
